Owning a Tiny Life® luxury cottage is more attainable than many buyers realize. Whether you're purchasing a full-time residence, a vacation cottage, or a second home, we offer financing solutions designed to fit a variety of lifestyles and property types.
Tiny homes built to HUD standards can qualify as real property when placed on a permanent foundation. This allows access to manufactured home loans and traditional mortgage-style financing, often with longer terms, lower interest rates, and the ability to include land.
HUD-Code Manufactured Homes
These homes are typically financed as personal property, similar to RV or specialty loans. This option is often quicker and more flexible, but comes with shorter terms and higher interest rates. Land is usually not included.

A top-notch lender that specializes in park model RVs. They require a minimum 650 credit score and at least 10% of the financed amount as a down payment. Terms can go up to 25 years and the interest rate is based on your down payment and credit score among other factors. This lender is only available for new homes that are purchased or ordered at our sales center.

Another top-notch lender that specializes in park model RV financing. They require a minimum 720 credit score and at least 20% of the financed amount as a down payment. Terms can go up to 20 years and the interest rate is based on your down payment and credit score among other factors. With Priority One, you must provide proof of a separate primary residence other than where the park model home will be placed.

This lender offers a park model RV financing solution for homes that are going into a tiny home or park model community where you will be leasing the lot the home will go on. They require a minimum 550 credit score and at least 5% of the financed amount as a down payment. With CrossCountry, you must also provide proof of a 12 month history on paying a car loan, mortgage, or a residential lease.

They provide financing for HUD homes through FHA loans, which are ideal for these properties due to low down payments (as low as 3.5%) and flexible credit requirements. UHM is an approved direct lender for government-insured loans (FHA, VA, USDA) and assists with the purchasing process.
